Helen Caster Inducted into National Honor Society at SUNY Delhi

Helen Caster of Fulton, NY was recently inducted into the four-year National Honor Society, Phi Eta Sigma, at SUNY Delhi.

Caster is pursuing a bachelor's degree in architectural design and building.
