Justin Burton of New Rochelle, NY has earned the Citizenship Award at SUNY Delhi's 12th Annual Student Life Leadership Award Ceremony. Majoring in culinary arts at SUNY Delhi, Burton was among the 27 students, faculty and staff who were recognized for their outstanding contributions to improving campus life.
