Krista McCabe Participates in All-Female SUNY Delhi Construction Project

2013 May 8

Krista McCabe of Antwerp, NY, is one of six students involved in a unique learning opportunity, an all-female construction project on the SUNY Delhi campus. McCabe is currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Construction Management.

The students are building a footbridge to be placed over Addison Pond. They are overseen by Professor Floyd Vogt of the college's Construction Management program. The students chose this experiential learning opportunity as a way to volunteer their time and devote the project to women who are committed to learning non-traditional roles.
