SUNY Delhi Announces Free Online Professional Development Classes

Delhi, NY (04/29/2020) — SUNY Delhi is proud to announce 10 non-credit online classes available to the community at no cost. Offered in partnership with online education platform Ed2Go, these are self-paced tutorials where participants can complete the work on their own time. Topics covered include web page development, job search skills, communication and management fundamentals, customer service, personal finance, and more. These classes are not being offered for college credit but are excellent introductions to the subjects and perfect for professional or personal development. Participants can leverage the skills learned to begin a job search or to advance their careers. Classes are available from April 29 - June 30, 2020 and each consists of 24 hours' worth of self-paced content.

These classes are coordinated through SUNY Delhi's Office of Outreach and Workforce Development. Those wishing to enroll can do so at www.delhi.edu/ed2go or contact outreach@delhi.edu or 607-746-4545.

The Office of Outreach and Workforce Development at SUNY Delhi offers trainings and workshops to the public throughout the year. Hundreds of non-credit classes are available at a reasonable cost through SUNY Delhi and Ed2Go year-round. In-person workshops offered on campus include ServSafe certification, notary public training, New York State 5-hour driver education courses, and customized contract trainings to meet the needs of local employers.
